Why should I go to therapy ?

There are many reasons to go to the psychologist, any situation that is important to you and that you cannot manage or that even if you can, causes you discomfort or disability in some area of your life, is reason enough to go to therapy.
👇🏼Here is a list of the most common:
☑️Need to find direction to your life, feeling of dissatisfaction with it, lack of meaning.
☑️ Sleep disorders, rest, either due to excess or lack of.
☑️ Changes in diet, both by excess and by default.
☑️ Emotional instability, you feel lack of control over your emotions, over your intensity and you feel that they control you.
☑️If you have recurring negative thoughts that occupy a large part of your time and prevent you from enjoying your daily life.
☑️If you feel that your mood is low, for most of the day and / or for a long period of time.
☑️If you feel unmotivated or “empty”.
☑️If you have recurring difficulties in any of the spheres of your life, personal, family, academic and / or work, as a couple, health, social, or other.
☑️If you notice that you feel excessively worried about everyday activities of your daily life.
☑️If you have loss of control over any of your behaviors such as drinking alcohol, gambling, using drugs, etc.
☑️If you have physical problems caused by the somatization of problems, such as headaches, stomach, muscle pain, etc.
☑️If you feel incapable of solving problems that may arise in the family, work environment.
☑️If you notice mood swings that you can't control.
☑️If you feel blocked, unable to analyze and resolve situations objectively.
☑️If a relative or close person has passed away and you feel overwhelmed by the loss and by their absence.
☑️If you feel wishes and / or thoughts of dying.
